What will you do?

At Monkey Vision , we help companies from A to Z to establish a strong brand. We specialize in creating a complete branding with a brand identity, logo, tone of voice and brand strategy. We then pour this into a web design: that's where you come in! Here is a sample of your daily work:

• You will do intakes with customers. What is allowed on the website? What should it look like? You ask the right questions so you can get started.
• You think about the optimal customer journey. What journey does the customer take on the website and how do you ensure this leads to conversion?
• What it is all about: you design websites in Adobe XD 
• We like to move it, move it! You create animations and make elements move, we like to do things differently than usual!
• You work a lot with the developers. They build your web design exactly in WordPress. You check whether your ideas work technically and agree on a schedule for the delivery of the website. You then communicate this to the contact person for the project.
• We love to learn from each other! So you also regularly give feedback on designs from other web designers. And you also always give your own designs a round-trip before they go out the door.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a creative, hard-working and inquisitive web designer who loves a challenge. You have knowledge of Adobe XD, like to go that extra mile and are not afraid to out-of-the-box thinking.

Furthermore, you have:

• 32-40 hours time.
• Ambition to become the very best web designer.
• Drive to go beyond the standard web designer.
• A bold portfolio of work you are proud of.
• It's a plus if you can animate or understand basic code such as HTML and CSS

The team

We have a young and enthusiastic team consisting of strategists, branding designers, web designers and a copywriter. We carry out cool projects for the most diverse clients such as Technom, Rivoir, Fitward, My Dear Beer, Staxxer and many others.
