Think of companies that make businesses such as Feature, Monkey Vision, Outer Space and various ecommerce stores such as Droomidee.. For this we are looking for an ecommerce manager. As ecommerce manager you are the spider in the web for the daily operation of the ecommerce stores, as well as for optimizing and growing them.
The position is not salaried, but there is a nice reward for the tasks you will perform! We are looking for someone who sees the position as an entrepreneurial opportunity and is willing to invest time in it. You will be close collaborative partner with experienced entrepreneurs who will teach you all the intricacies of the business.
What will you do as Ecommerce manager?
As E-commerce manager you will have a diverse range of tasks:
- You are responsible for the daily operation of several ecommerce stores. You maintain contact with the supplier, ensure that all processes run smoothly and that the ecommerce stores are always in tip-top order. All this with the goal: a satisfied customer. Is a customer not satisfied and the customer service cannot solve the problem? Then you are ready to take care of it!
- You use your strategic insights to improve the online customer experience, conversion, customer journey and customer satisfaction. This is how you make ecommerce stores grow!
- You will scrutinize the current products, look for new relevant products to complement the assortment and are always looking for improvements.
- You switch between various parties and departments: branding, development, marketing, customer service, suppliers and logistics. You maintain an overview, set the right priorities and ensure proper coordination and planning.
- You are looking for new opportunities for the future and build the E-commerce strategy accordingly.
- Any ideas for new ecommerce stores? You set these up, roll them out and follow them up. Own ideas are also welcome!
In short, you ensure the proper functioning and further growth of the ecommerce stores!
You have:
- A mountain of enthusiasm! Experience is a plus, but we find it even more important that you are enthusiastic and see the position as an opportunity to learn a lot.
