What will you do as Operations Manager?
As Operational Manager, you are ultimately responsible for Monkey Vision! You define the strategy, set the lines, monitor the chosen route and report and spar with stakeholders. You are not afraid of a challenge and can handle a lot of responsibility.
Daily duties:
- You make sure everything runs smoothly within Monkey Vision: from commerce to development and project management.
- You are the link between stakeholders and different teams within our company. You ensure, in collaboration with the management team, that everything is well aligned and KPIsare achieved.
- You improve existing and invent new processes. You set the course and lead our monkeys through the jungle!
- You will develop the team, enthuse and make sure everyone is on the same page.
