We'll assume for a moment that your header is set via WPBakery Page Builder. If not, go to the how-to for header setup via 'Page Header Settings' within your page. Then we will help you with 3 simple steps to the desired result: customizing the header with WPBakery Page Builder!

Step 1. To change your header you first need to go to the frontend of your page. To do this, click on 'Frontend Editor' at the top of your window in 'Edit Page'. The image below will help you visualize this explanation.

Step 2. After the page loads, you will see a white cross at the front of your page, in the middle of the header. When you hover the cursor over the header, an orange outlined rectangle will appear. At the top left, you will see a blue area (row) and an orange area (column). In the blue area, click on the pencil to open the "Row settings. We also have a preview image for this step, to make everything a little brighter.

Step 3. Once you have clicked on the pencil icon ("Edit Row"), a new window will open automatically. These are the settings for that row. Within the "Row Settings" you click on "add image" to change your header image. You then choose the desired image and you're done.

Note: Your new image must be at least 1600 pixels (px) wide, and at least 475 pixels (px) high. If you got the image supplied externally, ask your designer about getting this done.
