What will you do?

As a first line support employee at Monkey Vision , no day looks the same. You have a diverse range of tasks:

• You are responsible for the 1st line; so all customers come to you first. You expand their website, solve their problems and, if necessary, transfer the customer to second-line support.
• You will always be there for our customers, helping them with questions and developing their site.
• You will fix errors on websites and make sure they work optimally again.
• You think critically about how websites can become even better.
• You will communicate with different departments within Monkey Vision and help colleagues.
• You will be responsible for your own projects.

Wie zoeken wij?

We are looking for a flexible, hard-working and stress-resistant Support Assistant.

You have:

• All-round knowledge about and experience with various operating systems, managed WordPress hosting, domain names, CSS and HTML. JavaScript and PHP are a plus.
• Good communication skills, to be able to explain everything to customers in clear language.
• A good command of the Dutch language.
• Someone who can communicate with customers via phone and email in a fun way.
• Flexibility, because you know that our online world is changing rapidly.
• 32-40 hours time.
