What you will do:

• You think creatively and critically about how websites and shops can be even better.
• You will work on setting up and running A/B tests and customer journey mapping.
• You will research the usability of our clients' websites.
• You will help entrepreneurs increase conversions on their websites, shops and social media.
• You manage your own projects.
• You want yourself and your team to be better than yesterday every day: that is why you are not afraid to get feedback and not afraid to give feedback either. After all, we are a team.

You have:

• Werkervaring als CRO Specialist.
• Knowledge of CRO tools, such as Hotjar, Google Optimize and Google Analytics. Knowledge of Datatrics is a plus.
• Good analytical skills.
• The drive to always be on top of the latest developments within your field.
• Flexibility, because you know that our online world is changing rapidly.
• 32-40 hours time.
